Aflora is a Bolivar Davivienda Foundation program that seeks support social organizations in their maturation process by developing competencies that allow them to be sustainable and have a greater impact in the region where they operate. In Aflora we design a customized benefit plan for each organizations according to the self-diagnosis carried out in our virtual platform. This is how organizations manage to know their needs and management capacity through a four-level classification: Formalization, Take-off, Growth and Maturation.
