Corporate Governance

At Fundación Bolívar Davivienda, we have a good governance system, in harmony with the internal statutes, whereby the functions, nature, and reason to exist of each of our Corporate Governance bodies are defined and identified, assigning the responsibilities and obligations that enable us to meet the founding goals and provide proper attention to the needs of the different stakeholders.

Organizational Structure

Corporate Governance Structure

The structure is made up of the Board of Directors, the Board of Executives, the Executive Director, and the Statutory Auditor

Communication with the maximum governance body

Critical matters concerning the Foundation are directly communicated by the legal representative to the Board of Executives in their periodic meetings (at least once per year) and/or through its President.

Likewise, the Board of Directors, in its annual ordinary meeting, evaluates the relevant information of each accounting year, submitted by the Executive Director and the Board of Executives.
